Alec, I always read your comments at HP with interest, but have only just discovered Efrafandays. This must mean that you live in Caithness, you lucky person! I spend several weeks each summer in north-east Sutherland, making forays into Caithness (among other places), and I’m absolutely delighted to have discovered a blog connected with the place. I haven’t seen other blogs from here, either. The Warren’s been open for business only a few weeks, and I’m trying to include stuff about everyday life here so not be thought as someone who can talk about only Israel.
Now, I’m off to make my own foray into north-eastern Sutherland, on the bicycle.

I noticed a comment you made on the SNP tactical voting blog re his facilitating meetings between ministers and Mohammed Sawalha. I had not heard of this before, and was hoping you could email me any details you may have on this.
